I’m Al Lozano, Husband, Father, USAF Veteran, Apparatus Operator with the Fire Department within the City of Los Angeles.
Our legacy
Altogether, with just under 20 years in the Fire Service. I’ve founded “First In Fire Training” to assist Firefighters in professional development based off the training, knowledge, and experience, of myself and cadre.
I also thrive to help individuals who aspire to reach there Dream Career (not job) with Interview and Fitness Preparation, as when I went through the process, I had no direction at all, I just had to grind and hustle to where I am today.

Through the application of basic fundamental, high level training and collective experience, we inspire and motivate our brothers and sisters by providing the proper tools to operate at the most optimal level both mentally and physically, than ever before.
